Why rowing?
Lack of exercise is one of the main risk factors for lifestyle diseases such as back pain and joint arthrosis. The right form of exercise and a sufficient intensity of movement ensure that you are always dynamic and resilient, and maintain this in the long term. Rowing uses 84% of the body's muscles, which means that hardly any other endurance sport is as effective.
Effective resistance
The outstanding feature of each model is the WaterRower water tank with its natural, quiet and at the same time effective water resistance, which makes rowing on the WaterRower unique. The resistance level does not have to be set manually, as it is determined solely by the force applied: The harder you pull, the greater the resistance.
