PowerPulley sensor technology records all training data: from stroke rate and stroke length to pulling force, distance, time, and wattage.
All measurements are sent to the WaterRower Connect app in real time via Bluetooth. Both average and peak values are clearly displayed there, enabling detailed training analysis. The app works on smartphones and tablets and can be connected to compatible heart rate monitors.
