Special shape - always new training stimuli
A strength training device from NOHRD that really packs a punch! The strength of this dumbbell training set lies in the dynamics of the exercises and their effect on the body and muscles. The imbalance created by the special shape and filling of the NOHRD SWING dumbbell, or rather by the movement in the hand, constantly generates new training stimuli to which the structures of the musculoskeletal system adapt across a broad spectrum.
Dumbbells made from solid wood and hand-stitched genuine leather
The swing tower is made of solid wood and offers space for eight swing dumbbells, which hang securely on stainless steel holders using rubber rings.
The dumbbell handle is made of solid wood. The granules are encased in hand-sewn genuine leather (in black or, in the case of walnut, also in beige). A metal rail integrated into the leather opposite the wooden handle gives the dumbbell the necessary stability. The dumbbells are available in weights of 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg.

The integrated training guidance system in the NOHRD APP ensures a safe start and subsequently provides the training impulses that bring you to your personal goal. The holder is also suitable for your iPad so that you can also perform the exercises using the available video instructions. A top training device for a full body workout.

Workouts with swinging dumbbells get the circulation going, which boosts fat burning. Each swing dumbbell is filled with precisely weighed iron granules. The small balls swing during the movement and create an imbalance, which creates new training stimuli.

The Swing Towers are made of solid wood and offer space for eight dumbbells, a complete set. At the top of the tower is a holder for tablets or smartphones, so that helpful explanatory videos can be watched during training.
