The NOHRD TriaTrainer is a functional 3-in-1 training device with a minimalist design.
Small and elegant, the functional NOHRD TriaTrainer acts as a classic ab trainer in the closed position. Opened one step further, the training bench transforms into a back and bottom trainer. Folded out completely, the NOHRD TriaTrainer then forms a bench for weight training, whereby the integrated foot roll can be adjusted in all positions for optimum support. This stable support can be locked at different heights, making the NOHRD TriaTrainer abdominal and back trainer suitable for both tall and short people.
The frame of the NOHRD abdominal and back trainer TriaTrainer is made of solid wood. There are various wooden versions to choose from. High-quality, comfortable leather pads serve as contact surfaces. These are optionally available in artificial leather or genuine leather.
