Yes, you will find our WaterRower and NOHRD brand store in Sursee at Altstadtgasse 2.

Opening hours:

Friday: 14.00 - 18.00 hrs
Saturday: 10.00 - 14.00 hrs

For viewings outside opening hours, we are happy to arrange an appointment in advance (by e-mail info@nohrd.ch or 041 399 18 18).

We offer payment by invoice or via the credit cards MasterCard and Visa as well as with Twint.

We deliver by PostPac Priority (delivery arrives one day after leaving our warehouse) or from 30 kg also by general cargo with the forwarding company Senn Transport AG (delivery free kerbside).

From CHF 250 we will be happy to deliver the products to your home free of charge. Otherwise the shipping costs are CHF 11.00 (up to 2 kg), CHF 14.00 (up to 10 kg) or CHF 23.00 (up to 30 kg).

Please note our delivery times for the respective products. If available, the products will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

We are also happy to offer you the option of an installation service. This can either be ordered directly with the product or noted in the comments field when ordering. We will then contact you by telephone to arrange a possible installation date.

Yes, you are welcome to collect your products directly from our warehouse (Huwilstrasse 7, 6280 Hochdorf) by prior appointment.
